Multiple flat landings between the stair sections help break up the climb, and we also have 2 furnished patios along the way where guests can pause, relax & enjoy the beautiful river views. *From inside the home, river views are limited with our expansive backyard; the river patios are a great space to take in the water views. ● MILES OF RIVER TO ENJOY YEAR ROUND The Rocky River connects to the Collins & Caney Fork Rivers, offering miles of waterways to explore by boat. -TVA adjusts water levels seasonally, lowering through the fall to winter lowest levels and raising through the spring to summers highest levels. State Route 70 crosses the river nearby. The road is mostly screened by foliage from the home spring, summer & fall. It is more visible when trees are bare in winter. 🐾We’re happy to welcome dogs! Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
The area offers rural and mountain views, State Parks, hiking, waterfalls, rivers, lakes, caves, historic towns and Tennessee charm. 3 peaceful acres | 100ft of river frontage | Private access to river with dock. • To one side of our property is a neighboring home (currently for sale) and on the other is a field. • State Route 70 crosses the river nearby. It is a lightly commuted roadway (not a highway). Trees and foliage largely block the views of the road during spring summer and fall from the house; it is visible in winter months from the house when the trees are bare. It is visible year-round from the river.
Guest Access
Guests have full access, to entire home and property with the exception of one small linen closet reserved for our wonderful cleaners.
